Greetings readers!
As my obsession with banners and garlands rolls on I’ve got a great little project for you today that I hope you’ll love.
It’s a chalkboard paper banner!
I know, right?
Ok, for starters I picked up some chalkboard paper from Michaels.
Then I cut the paper into perfect little pennant shapes.
I punched holes in the top and put eyelets in each pennant then strung in onto some heavy duty string. Actually, I believe it was crochet thread.
For a little finishing touch I tied some strips of fabric in between each pennant.

And voila!
Now I’ve got a super cute banner that can be used for any occasion!
The chalk erases so easily. I can’t wait to use it!
I may need to plan a get together just so I can have fun with my new chalkboard paper banner!
…and of course to eat delicious food.
Isn’t that the driving force behind most parties? The food?
I also made a smaller version using the red chalkboard paper.
I hope you all have a fantastic weekend!
Until next time….
