Ok peoples, listen up.
Do you all know that December starts on thursday?
Yes, this thursday!
It’s nuts. I can’t believe it.
So who wants an idea for probably the cutest advent calendar that ever was?!
I saw this idea at tatertots & jello and fell instantly in love. I knew I had to have one of my very own. Here’s the one Jen did.
When I saw this on her blog I just about melted right out of my chair. Seriously.
This is one of those projects that just makes my heart sing. And it’s probably singing a christmas ditty.
I’ve been wanting to make an advent calendar for christmas, but haven’t found anything that reached out and grabbed me. But then I came across this glorious turquoise display of holiday cheer.
She made her ladder and has fantastic instructions that you can find here.
Then I found this absolutely fabulous advent printable at Oh Happy Day, which, by the way, is one of thee most fantastic blogs I’ve ever been on. Go check it out. You can download this advent calendar here for free. Yay! We love free!
I cut out all the advent numbers then glued them onto card stock.
I made a list of 24 activities to put on the back of the numbers.
Now Curtis and I have loads of holiday funtivities awaiting us!
Here’s the list of activities:
