Sprinkles. Just hearing the word puts a smile on my face. Sprinkles embodies visions of birthdays and parties and tiered trays of yummy treats and goodies. Sprinkles bring out our inner child, even if only for a little while. Everything is better with sprinkles.
This recipe is quick and easy. You really can use any flavor of cake mix. My favorites are white, strawberry, lemon and red velvet.
Cake Mix Cookies
1 package cake mix, any flavor
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Mix ingredients together and roll into small balls. Then roll in sprinkles of your choosing. I picked red, white, pink and purple.
Bake @ 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Once the cookies are cool, spread cream cheese or vanilla frosting between two cookies.
And now you have the cutest cookies that ever were!
