Halloween is in full swing here at our house! I know some may say it’s a little early but I offer you a rebuttal; Halloween time officially started this past friday at the Disneyland Resort. If it’s good enough for Disneyland then it’s good enough for me! And yes, I may factor Disneyland’s holiday decorating schedule into my own.
Last week I made this Jack Skellington clock and let’s be honest, it is just plain fantastic! Who doesn’t love The Pumpkin King?!
A few weeks ago I saw this clock at the thrift store for one dollar. I didn’t know exactly what I’d do with it, but I knew it was coming home with me. I think it took me the car ride home and maybe 30 seconds after I walked in the door before it hit me. Blam-O! A clock with Jack faces!!
I started by taking the clocks parts off the face. The clock received a coat of primer then a couple coats of white. The Jack faces are the same ones I used for my Jack coasters last year. You can download a PDF file of Jack faces here.
Once the Jack faces were cut out of vinyl I stuck them on and the Jack clock was complete! And it looks perfect hanging on my cork stamp art!
I’m really loving this Halloween vignette!
If any of you are enjoying the Something Wicked This Way Comes print you can download it here for free!
Happy Halloween-ing!
Until next time….
